Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life sometimes throws us curve balls, and our plans change. We aim to be as flexible as we can in our courses, but please keep in mind that others might have needed your spot. So we ask that student cancellations be made in writing at least 7 business days prior to the start of your course. Course materials must be unopened and in original condition to be returned. If these conditions are met a full refund, (less a $50 administration fee) will be returned to the student. If we deem the course materials unacceptable for return then the cost of the course materials will be deducted from the refund. You are welcome to apply the administration fee to the cost of any future course within 1 year.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations with less than 7 business days notice, or for student no shows. In some cases it may be possible to transfer a student’s enrollment to a future course. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Course Cancellation Policy:
RockyPoint Outdoor Education makes every effort to conduct courses as scheduled. If due to unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel, you will be entitled to a full refund (less the cost of course materials if they are not acceptable for return), and we will make every effort to reschedule the course as soon as possible.
