There are a lot of edibles in the outdoors right under our noses that we tend to overlook in our everyday lives. Knowing how to identify, harvest and use them in an ethical and safe way is the first step into the huge and exciting world of wild edibles. There are also lots of overlooked medicinal plants that could aid you if injured on the trail, and knowing how to apply them in the field could save your life!

Course length: 3 hrs (9:30am-12:30pm)

Cost: $45 + GST

Pre-course requirements: 16 years and older. Children are welcome, as long as they are accompanied by an adult, at a reduced cost of $15 per child. All course materials provided
